Dr. Joko Sarwono is a prominent academic researcher of acoustics and engineering physics. He currently serves as Director of the Directorate of Science and Technology Park, ITB, including the Business Incubator and Entrepreneurship Center. He is also a faculty member at Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). His work specializes in room acoustics, sound system design, and noise control. Dr. Sarwono has contributed extensively to academic research and practical applications, such as developing acoustic solutions for buildings and public spaces.
In addition to his teaching and research roles, Dr. Joko is involved in consultancy projects related to acoustics and sound design, collaborating with various industries to improve acoustic environments. He is also an avid photographer, which he enjoys in his spare time alongside his professional endeavors.
