Dr. Irwan Gumilar is an expert in geodesy from ITB. He specializes in geodetic science and disaster risk management and has made numerous contributions in areas like land subsidence and geospatial technology. He earned his S.T., M.Si., and Ph.D. from ITB and has conducted significant research on hazard risk and mitigation using spatial data.
In addition to his academic roles, Dr. Irwan serves as the Program Director for ITB i-Teams, guiding strategic direction and innovation in the program. He is also Assistant Director of Business Incubation and Entrepreneurship at the Directorate of Science and Technology Park, Bandung Institute of Technology, where i-Teams at ITB are handled.
