April is a Program Manager at ITB i-Teams, where she oversees program budgeting, coordinates initiatives, manages external communications with partners and inventors, and supports daily operations. She also has a role in liaising mentors with student groups to foster collaboration and innovation. April’s background includes extensive experience in program design, project management, and business mentoring, and she is passionate about promoting entrepreneurship and innovation. Her work is focused on ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of projects while driving positive outcomes for all stakeholders.
In addition to i-Teams, April is the Business Incubator Manager at the Directorate of Science and Technology Park, Bandung Institute of Technology. She designed and implemented key Business Incubator programs, including incubation curricula, mentoring, startup grants, and online classes. She managed the program’s budget, handled international collaborations, and provided mentorship for startups until their graduation. Additionally, she oversaw the co-working space and ensured all incubator projects were delivered on time and within budget.
