Ertanti Rizki Pangesti is the Manager of Entrepreneurship Development at the Directorate of Science and Technology Park, where she has been mentoring startups and supporting entrepreneurship programs for over eight years. With a strong background in project planning, budgeting, and research, she is passionate about designing entrepreneurship development curriculum, guiding early-stage innovators and organizing workshops, seminars, and collaborative activities.
In ITB iTeams, she is responsible for finance operations and manages mentor relations, ensuring smooth coordination between mentors and student teams. She also supports daily operations and has a role in liaising mentors with student groups to foster collaboration and innovation.
