Ms. Pham Hoai Anh, MA, MEd

Pham Hoai Anh earned a Masters’ degree in Linguistics in 2009 at Vietnam National University and a Masters’ degree in Education in 2011 at the University of Cambridge, UK. She is a lecturer of Research Methodology and Project Management at HUST. From 2019-2023, she was a Vice Dean of the School of Foreign Languages (HUST) which consists of 90 faculty members and is responsible for designing, delivering and evaluating a variety of language education programmes for undergraduates and post-graduates. As a Vice Dean, she was in charge of students’ services, employers’ activities, and international cooperation activities. She coordinated with various departments and schools at HUST to conduct international projects at the School. Her experience ranges from teaching, educational research and educational management, to internationalization and project management.

At the end of 2023 she was appointed to be the vice director of HUST Center for Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship. She is currently in charge of organising workshops and events that inspire students and provide them with a business mindset. She is also coordinating extra-curricula courses and contests to promote students’ soft skills and entrepreneurial skills, including events on commercialising technology.

With her local knowledge of ASEAN and her previous experience managing collaborative projects and working with various activities of innovation and entrepreneurship for students, she has a key role in managing relationships and communications in the i-Teams Project at HUST.
